SE Guided Projects empowers young individuals with tools, coaching, and funding to tackle community energy challenges. Through proven or innovative approaches, it provides critical early career experiences for global youth entering the energy industry, fostering lifelong problem-solving skills.As a member of the advisory team, I have been assigned the responsibility of supporting the program by providing an independent assessment of project documentation. I will also be supporting via knowledge-sharing sessions. This opportunity is a result of the successful and enduring collaboration between SE and IEEE CSTF, showcasing their strong working relationship and joint efforts.

This fellowship involved a high-level overview of energy systems and project development skills for young people who are looking to take the next step in their energy transition journey. It includes learning modules, assignments, workshops, and project development. I, along with my team members from Australia, Canada, and El Salvador, were selected to represent our team named DREAMS (Designing for Renewable Energy Analysis and Measurement of Solar). The fellowship lasts for 8 months and operates fully remotely, providing project development skills. We are currently focused on addressing the problem statement of 'Space efficient energy solutions,' aiming to build a constructive review of innovative solutions such as solar trees and solar flowers. These solutions are designed for places with area constraints, with an analysis of their efficiency compared to traditional solar solutions.

In order to provide a quality learning experience to my viewers, I started my very own YouTube Channel names "The Knowledge Mountain". The channel focuses on Concept building, and mainly the three types of learning, that is, Project Based Learning, Problem Based Learning, and Research-Based Learning. Long story short, making a person capable enough so that he/she can analyze a problem, understand it, its scientific approach, and finally crack that problem. - Worked at NUS-SERIS under Dr. Carlos Enrico Cobar Clement (Head BIPV) in a remote manner.- Project on the shading analysis of solar modules in the field of Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV).- Performed curve analysis and understood I-V (Current-Voltage) curve for ideal and shading conditions, one-diode and multi-diode models, and built a Python code.- Skills gained are LTSpice, Python Coding, Literature Analysis, MatLab, and Simulink.

I was accepted as an “International Scholar” at IMEC-Belgium under the Research & Development wing through the KU Leuven University on a scholarship basis. I was selected to work for 8-weeks at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) as a Summer Research Intern at IISER-Bhopal under Dr. Santanu Talukder. The project is titled "Thin Film Energy Storage Devices".

Around 28 fellows from more than 90 countries were selected to join the Global Changemaker Fellowship cohort of 2021. It was a 10-month virtual training program to enable young leaders to transform their social initiatives and become changemakers. Important 21st-century skills that can help us in transforming the community were taught to us.

I worked as the networking coordinator for the WiE Affinity Group Delhi session for the year 2020-21. My main tasks were to establish communication and collaborations between Student Branches of my Section, make sure that proper information is being conveyed to them, and take regular updates from them. My team conducted several events as well that focussed on bridging the gap between academia and industries, along with events like International Women’s Day wherein eminent panelists shared their experiences with the participants. It was a wonderful learning experience overall.
