Practices in First Party Insurance Defense Litigation, including coverage and bad faith litigation, as well as Third Party Defense and General Liability. Represents insurers handling various first-party property damage disputes, including matters involving damages arising from flood, fire, water, wind, and soil displacement. Provide clients with initial coverage determinations, pre-suit investigations, defenses against bad faith allegations and defending against both breach of contract claims and procurement claims in first-party matters, in federal and state courts. Also represents clients in defending against UM claims and other personal injury and general liability matters.
