This effort resulted in costs savings of over 3M for bigger brands on an annualized average of 20M shipments processed. * Click-to-Door Initiative: Working on building on the capabilities of the Edge Delivery, an eCommerce solution that integrates fulfillment and delivery into a single end-to-end service with a simple rate structure, allowing clients to easily manage cost and performance to meet their brand promise.* Led Edge Delivery Program to enable cutting edge Freight capabilities for Quiet to improve cost, quality, speed, and visibility of a parcel. This is a game changer for the company and the Global Supply Chain leading to increased revenue and profit margins.* Leading the Cloud Platform Unification initiative to move all our applications and servers onto the Google Cloud Platform. * Led One Company Unification initiative to unify Quiet Logistics and Air Terra entities into One Company by integrating their Technology Stack (Email, Slack, Atlassian and many more), Processes, and People to bring under a single umbrella of corporate structure.* Tech Roadmap Development: Worked with the C-Team and other leaders to develop and evolve the Technology roadmap including project sizing, and key milestone development to assess the headcount needs for OP1 and OP2 planning. * Led the war room calls to ensure smooth backlog management, exception management and leadership reporting.
