Responsible for the project management for the work to be done on fiber optic plant and with collocation facilities. Which included all assigned OSP engineering, construction, customer site surveys, network maintenance and network expansion throughout New Hampshire. I met all project objectives including forecast development, schedules, performance, and budgets. I was responsible for acquisition & management including licensing for the company projects right of way and easements. Work with third party fiber providers to help in off-net solutions including dark fiber network design, acquisition and provisioning. ▪ Project managed the construction of a 220 route mile network that extending from Keene NH to White River, VT, with a budget of 1.6 Mil.▪ Managed and oversaw the engineering, design, installation, and turn up of the 1,500 square ft Data Center Facility in Keene, NH. Responsibilities included the disciplines of HVAC, power, fire suppression, security, health/safety and general building construction and maintenance. ▪ Responsible for Optical Network Planning & Engineering for LAN’s and WAN’s, Outside/Inside Plant construction and maintenance.▪ Responsible for the installation, test, turn up and maintenance of all customer premise equipment with customer Data Center.▪ Worked closely with other company departments, Sales, Engineering and Operations in developing, executing and maintaining OSP Service delivery and construction of Collocation facilities. Specialties: Extensive knowledge on acquiring Rights of Way, Outside Plant and Building Construction with Municipalities, Telecom, and Power owners.

Oversee and manage the engineering and construction of CATV and fiber optic backbones with Cable and Telecom distribution equipment for Telecom, Wireless, Municipalities, and Enterprise customers; including multiple locations and interconnects between digital hubs, Major Telecom Central Offices. To include feasibilities studies, estimates, and manage the cost of outside plant projects and premise wiring.

Worked on a 4800 route mile and 230,000 fiber mile fiber optic network, extending from Maine to Virginia. Was responsible acquisition & management including licensing for the company projects right of way and easements. Work with third patry fiber providers to help in off-net solutions including dark fiber network design, acquisition and provisioning.
