I selected, setup, and deployed an online, app based scheduling and communication system, similar to HotSchedules for zero cost. I redesigned the liquor inventory sheets and ordering process to cut costs and labor. I rolled out our new online ordering system, including Aloha customizations. I established and enforced security standards including manager swipe cards, eliminating abused Aloha loopholes, and upgrading and repairing the non functioning CCTV system. All this while maintaining the highest standard of service.
