Enhancing and expanding the frontend for PayHOA, an online community management and billing platform for homeowners associations. Angular and Laravel focused.

Worked with R&D/Software teams to implement Lexmark's Cloud Platform solution. A majority of my time and expertise were spent in Angular, implementing components, modules, and front-end services to assist with our micro-services environment. Our team collaborated with several agile teams across several apps, to deliver a cloud-based solution to our imaging and print customers.

Assisted Trinity Hill United Methodist Church outreach to college students in the surrounding Lexington-Fayette community. I facilitated leadership and fellowship events provided by the church geared toward spiritually maturing our young adult members. Events included bible studies, dinners, serving with other ministries, and various retreats throughout the year.

My role as frontend UX designer/developer improved the software platform, AIR (Alternative to Incarceration Rehabilitation). My responsibilities included better UX workflow solutions, standardization of UI/UX practices, and detailed incorporation of our rebranding throughout the application. I advocated consistent and fluid UX with our software engineers, QA, and product managers. As an agile development team, we improved the overall performance and quality of the software.

Throughout my young professional career following college, I have been requested to assist with various freelance projects. These requests range from grant-funded games with Purdue University to independent clients needing graphic/web work designed and completed.I also consult starts ups and small companies seeking professional, realistic advice regarding proper design, implementation and growth strategies for online presence. It may be a simple website. It may be a whole campaign that spans from the web over to supportive printed materials. Whatever the project, I support and help when and however I can. This is as long as it does not affect my primary career position and does not create a conflict of interest.

Part of the Leadership team for the agency, my role included several internal and external-related responsibilities. There is a difference between "running a business" and "growing a business." My position was the application of that idea, working with the owner, managers and field staff.Marketing: From serving on the Ambassadors Committee for the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce to overseeing marketing efforts as Small Business of the Year, my role encompassed an involved marketing strategy. We had many media to maintain and vendors to coordinate with on a daily basis. Meanwhile, I implemented several ways to improve our branding and marketing efforts.Operations: In small business, everyone works together to improve the way business is done. I supported and designed processes to improve our HR, Communications and IT for the agency. All formal documentation was revamped and many processes consolidated to save resources.

Beginning as a summer part-time and ending with a promotion to Director of Business Growth and Development, my position was mainly project-based. I supported multiple media and technology areas, produced original marketing tools for agency, including ads, pamphlets, direct mail, newsletters and billboards. I worked one-on-one with the Owner to implement an identity and vision she held. We tackled many creative and unique projects to improve our presence online and in the community. This position required flexibility, patience and the ability to create something in a moment's notice. I also coordinated with vendors, printing companies and our IT support, communicating the needs on both ends to create ads, distribute various marketing materials, evolve our website and grow in new areas of business.

As a graduate administrative professional, I brought experience in Computer Graphics Technology to the Student Activities and Organizations office, ranging from graphic design to web and social media marketing and promotions.I implemented various social media tools into student affairs at Purdue University, measuring the adoption by both administrators and student leaders. Tools including Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, and Bit.ly help the office understand and utilize social media to connect and reach out to student life on campus.I also monitored and assisted with administration functions on the GetInvolved website, a student affairs social software that provides resources and maintains detailed records of over 850 organizations active on campus. We worked to optimize the software hosted by CollegiateLink and track student usage and adoption.I also assisted with leadership and award programs hosted through the office.
