Spyro is a Senior Manager in the Risk Services group and has over 16 years of multi-faceted audit and consulting experience. He is a CPA (CA) and has obtained additional certifications in the areas of Information Systems Audit and Control (CISA & CRISC). He has developed advanced knowledge in data analysis tools and techniques including the use of the Data Analytics and Visualization software to perform computer assisted audits and data interrogation for various financial services, consumer business, pharmaceutical, public sector and media/technology organizations. During his career, Spyro has focused on managing multi-year, large scale ERP and Data warehousing/BI and GRC implementation projects, overseeing teams of 5-15 resources.He also works extensively with clients in Canada to plan, manage and deliver significant Data Governance programs, including data profiling, data migration, data validation and data quality remediation.He has also practiced in the area of reviews of general computer and business cycle controls in support of internal and external audit mandates, where he developed the skills to identify and evaluate business process control and IT-related risks and identify solutions to mitigate them.
