Contributed to the implementation of actions implied by the corporate Management Systems, and leading to the award of 5 ISO Certificates for the Branch Operations (Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Security, Business Continuity).Since early 2009, involved with increasing operational responsibility on Ericsson legacy products, due to competence transfer or transformation programs of the vendor (Support Functions about Methods & Tools, TestBed Engineering, Development Environment migration to cloud). Collaboration with international teams and support provision to other supplier sites were among the expectations.
