Generates new ideas for business development including expansions in different sectors of business.Handles and manages the admin department of the company with regards to human resources and claims handling.Liaise between clients and local club representatives with regards to claims filed by seafarers. Handle day to day operations of entire company and liaise between all of the different department heads and the rest of the staff.Ensure that our clients crew requirements are met with regards to both the quantity and quality of seafarers neededManage the Internal Audit team and maintain the organizations quality management system and manuals.Total Workforce - 3200 seafarers and 50 shore staff

Manage and Liaise between all of the outsourced training centers and our foreign principals.Produce Excel spreadsheets that highlight training status of all of the crew of MPI.Crowd management - Handle the crews and their demands and make sure that all of their demands are met as long as it does not contradict the company's or principal's objectives, procedures and beliefs.Conduct all of the in-house training courses for all of the crew and be able to produce their corresponding certificate.

· Prepare reports on a regular basis, in coordination with the Programming Head, that include;o Daily agent productivity reportso Agent and Team Verifications Reportso Fresh Leads, Call Backs and Verification quantities per agento Report on Used leads per agent and per team· Assist Accounting Department in reconciling invoices due for collection from the outsourcing principal.· Liaise, through and with the Managing Director, with outsourcing principals with regards but not limited to campaign details and reports.· Recommend process improvements to Management with end-in-view maximizing call center capacity and revenue potentials.· Oversee Reliever Team that acts as back up for call backs and filler for agent absences· Assist Managing Director in recruitment, training, and monitoring of new agents, seeing to it that minimum skill qualifications for the campaign are met.· Attend to other Administrative and Operational matters that may be assigned by the Managing Director and/or the President.

· Manage the Quality Assurance Team that checks the quality of the verifications submitted by the calling agents.· Assure that the quality of the verifications is up to par with the requirements set by the outsourcing principal.· Liaise between the Quality Assurance Team and the Managing Director regarding all of the problems and/or concern both parties may have.· Organize weekly meetings with the Quality Assurance Team to get their opinions about the quality of work per agent.· Accept full responsibility for any mistakes that may occur and liaise with the team and/or the principal regarding matters concerning but not limited to Quality Assurance.
