Managed and delivered multiple custom data management application projects for businesses of various sizes. Several installations are used company-wide every day. Responsible for 3 Servers (development, testing, and production) running Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Standard Edition. Implemented backup/recovery and replication strategies using a combination of Transactional and Snapshot replication. Developed user-defined functions and numerous T-SQL stored procedures, many of which would interact with DTS packages and operating system commands. Production server used to process, rate, and apply appropriate taxes to hundreds of thousands of phone call records daily, then export to delimited text files that could be processed by an Oracle billing system. Responsible for several data conversion projects involving data type conversion and populating tables from text files and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Maintained third-party application that interfaced with SQL Server 2000 database and required consistent modifications to accommodate evolving business needs.
