Responsible for planning and implementing all development department events including but not limited to the Curtain Call Ball (CCB), Business & Arts Luncheon, campaign events, opening night receptions and parties, cultivation lunches and breakfasts, meet the artist events and other donor recognition events. Responsibilities include planning, committee oversight, volunteer recruitment and management, budget management, ticket sales, overseeing the solicitation of silent and live auction items, managing vendors, board member, donor and internal staff relationships, and overall event execution.
