Directing the Persistence and Consumption capabilities within Enterprise Clinical Data at Optum.

I'm working with an amazing team to improve the quality of clinical data at Optum in order to close gaps in coverage and create more healthcare efficiencies for UnitedHealthcare members.My focus is to understand and advocate for end users, determine the product roadmap, and ultimately achieve strategic outcomes.

As Product Owner, I led an agile team through the construction of a new digital acquisition application while readying the organization to sunset and transition the existing application.The application served all external customers interested in opening a bankingaccount in the online channel and my role required heavy collaboration with Legal, Risk and Fraud, and Product Development.Initial results showed a 34% increase in volume of completed applications over previous product, a 42% reduction in manual application processing, and an increase in average funding per account from $43 to $103. Time to complete decreased from an average of 19 minutes to less than 8 minutes.

Directed an integrated digital team (Developers, QA Analyst and ScrumMaster) and collaborated with internal product owners to create and deliver on the strategic company vision.Led the team and the UX design for the TPT.org redesign, resulting in 30% increase in online donations, 20% mobile/tablet traffic increase, and video view increase of 20,000 per month.Prevented the launch of a defective product by recognizing a gap in integration completeness.
