He was the chief legal advisor to the President & CEO, Board of Directors, and other senior executives at Repligen, overseeing a team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Squire oversaw all legal functions, including intellectual property, commercial transactions, business development, licensing, litigation, and corporate functions with responsibility for ethics & compliance and enterprise risk management. He also led the development and implementation of Repligen’s enterprise risk management program to ensure effective risk mitigation across an increasingly complex organization. Before joining Repligen, Squire served as Associate General Counsel at Baxter International, Inc. where he was Chief Legal Advisor and a senior leadership team member for the approximately $2.2B global pharmaceuticals business division. He assisted the Corporate Secretary in the preparation of various Exchange Act filings and executive, board, and investor communications, in advising the company regarding various corporate governance matters, and in handling various company share transactions, including the issuance of dividends and corporate debt restructuring.
