Having spent over several years in the textile and garment industry I have vast experience in many aspects of both the commercial, technical and production aspects. My core strength has been in Management of factory staff, dealing with all levels within a business including Board Level. My role includes strategic planning of manufacturing and distribution, development of training programs and operational structures, and ensuring the implementation of these strategies to meet the needs of the business, and ensuring that the goals of the organisation are met on time and on budget
