As the Senior Program Manager of the Health Innovations Department, built the Digital Roadmap for the organization by promoting the use of digital technologies to change the current business model, provide new revenue, and create value-based / sustainable opportunities.• Developed the strategic plan for SJH Innovation Center. • Created the Apple Health offering at SJH. Worked as the Global Program & Process Lead / Program Manager for Vale International, the world’s second-largest mining, metals, and oil & natural gas company.• Transition & Transformation duties – Responsible for North America, South America, Asia, and Oceania zones after the $900 Million global outsourcing contract.• Led various teams across multiple time-zones across the globe for Transition & Transformation activities.• Planning, architecting, testing, and deploying a Global Service Desk for 75,000 + clients all over the world.

I was the ITIL Technical Program Lead for the Bristol-Myers Squibb / ConvaTec account:• Managed the program from an ITIL Process Deployment standpoint.• Led a team of .Net developers to build a highly technical Client Experience Portal for the C-suite leads.• Helped streamlining the existing SLAs and refreshed the distributed SQL database architecture.

• Worked as the Global Technical Lead, SLM Team, for the Altria Account. It was a $1.6 B outsourcing contract that we won and worked for Phillip Morris Global, and Kraft Foods Global, for several years.• Lead the SLM team to proactively work with 350 + SLAs across the globe and save the client more than 1.5 M $ in a span of just two years.

• As the Lead Data Technologist / Reporting SME, worked on two large Global Data Transformation projects for a couple of Fortune 500 companies, namely Altria and CVS/Pharmacy.

Worked on various client-facing developmental projects on Web Technologies like HTML, ASP.net, C, C#, etc. Worked with organizations like the US Army, Southwest Toyota, Bell South, Tennessee Healthcare, etc.

Worked for BCBSAL as a web developer for a little around two years while I worked on myMaster’s degree at UAB:• Created and maintained a variety of pages in BCBSAL Intranet.• Created and maintained a web-front for searching of plans, and provider-specificdata, by members of BCBSAL.• Worked with a third-party vendor called GeoAccess to build a publishable directoryof providers.
