I synthesize complex problems to bring design excellence to our built environment. I'm driven to make our most challenging projects responsive not just to their many stakeholders, but also to the larger public realm and the imperative for climate justice.I am a broadly skilled and versatile architect, with over 20 years of experience and a career-long commitment to proficiency in all aspects of practice. I have worked on a wide range of building types and scales, across commercial, institutional and residential construction. I bring the perspective of a big picture thinker to a project, whether it is in the development and tectonic application of a design concept, in the execution of working drawings, or in construction oversight. Strong technical expertise in specific areas complements my balanced experience.Specialties: Conveying design goals to clients and stakeholders | Synthesizing complex owner and technical requirements | Engineering coordination | Collaboration with builders, fabricators, and construction managers | LEED certification leadership | Building envelope and energy modeling coordination | Healthy building materials | Renovations, additions to historic structures | Code compliance, including local and state variance processes
