Pandemic Time Travel. 2020 to 2023+ has been a blur.

Honey acquired Two Tap in 2019. After the acquisition I was in charge of the team integrating its technology & people into the Honey ecosystem.Two Tap powered Honey's product catalog, order injection, OMS, virtual card infrastructure, and much more.

Two Tap is a service that allows shoppers to buy products from any online retailer on any platform or app with two taps. Two Tap started out as an observation while running 2Performant & 2Parale (affiliate ad networks): users hate buying on mobile because entering their information on small screens is an impossibly difficult task, a fact which destroys conversion rates.After prototyping for a couple of weeks, I decided to focus on it full time and turn it onto a company.Two Tap was part of YCombinator's W14 batch.

Under the 2Performant brand we developed various affiliate marketing and advertising technology.* Graffly, a Groupon for affiliate marketing offers;* TinyAct, an ad network where advertisers would pay for micro actions performed by users on their site (like downloding a pdf, staying on the site for a period of time, coming back a number of times, etc);* CrossCookie, a service where SaaS could exchange cookie information about their paying members and use that information to target display advertising on ad exchanges.2Parale acquired all the 2Performant technology.

In 2008 I founded 2Parale, the biggest affiliate network in Romania. As the CEO I grew the company to 30 advertisers and over 1.500 affiliates.In 2009 I sold most of the company to Dorin Boerescu in order to focus on 2Performant. Still a shareholder.

RoEduNet is a governmental ISP that provides internet to all the romanian research and education institutions.I worked at the Timisoara branch, where we managed the western part of the country.Initially started out as a junior sysadmin. Toward the end I was in charge of everything technical that was going on at that branch.
