Responsible for 3 municipal solid waste (MSW) Subtitle D landfills, 1 construction and demolition (C&D) landfill, 4 transfer stations, and 11 hauling companies.- Prepared New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) WWW and XXX deliverables for existing and recently expanded landfills, triggering change of regulatory applicability to updated standards. Assisted in development and implementation of leachate pretreatment capital project with permitting, site work, labor, and equipment totaling $2MM. - Implemented training and program changes at sites struggling to meet corporate compliance expectations, resulting in more favorable audit outcomes and commendation from site management for work during environmental audit in November 2018.

Managed all components of hazardous waste program for petroleum and chemical distribution terminal with 100+ three-million-gallon storage tanks separated into 15-tank fields, including waste type classification and waste collection/staging for shipment. Terminal and chemical facilities were ISO 9001 certified. - Investigated potential/realized hazards, monitoring/sampling results, accident types, and injury/illness incidents. Produced technical reports of finding and developed and recommended corrective strategies.- Generated and maintained all records, reports, hazardous waste manifests, labeling requirements, and Title V permit modifications as required by state and federal laws.
