Mr. Ahsan, is founder and CEO of Shayan Rasheed Associates (SRA); SRA as Advisors, Managers and Engineers has been/ is involved in number of assignments comprising Project Appraisals/ Financial Advisory, Project / Construction Management, Turnkey D2B Projects, and Engineering Design Management through our Associates.He previously served as Director - Infraplan Pvt Ltd, and was responsible for various key functions including team organization/ management, interdisciplinary design coordination, project planning cum monitoring, tender/ contract documentation, clientele management; while assisting in business development activities such as organizing project feasibility/ appraisals as well as submissions (technical & commercial) against EoIs/ RFPs.He has acquired extensive and broad range of experience in managing large-scale projects ranging from marine structures to treatment plants and from high-rise buildings to roads-cum-interchanges, during his decade long career after graduating from NEDUET Karachi. He later pursued post graduate courses in finance as part of MBA program from CBM-IoBM, Karachi.Mr. Ahsan for nearly a decade worked with ‘Meinhardt’ an international multi-disciplinary consulting practice in Pakistan.Mr. Ahsan had also lead technical teams on transaction advisory assignments based on PPP Mode, with E&Y (TAD) - International Financial Consultant as Principal Advisor; on various GoS (public sector) projects, with few under directives from the President. He was involved in organizing technical/ engineering input & reporting, co-ordination with legal associates on concession agreements, planning commission documentation/ presentations and meeting/ briefing with senior state officials/ ministers.
