Engineer - Projects & Pmo
Current* Responsible for the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and process; Significant contribution to simulate various permutations and combinations for profits improvement.* Acting as Project Planner, Controller & Overall PMO for Reliance Projects, managing projects across different formats i.e., Value, Digital, F&L, Grocery.*Drafted WBS and project schedules, prepared detailed tasks, sub tasks, resource allocation, resource levelling, resource calendar to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as per the set baseline.* Developed project budgets, created cost breakdown structures & monitored project costs by performing Earned Value Analysis.* Ensured completion of the project from start to finish and conducted integrated change control along the way, ensuring that the procedure is being followed for continuous improvement of project quality.* Monitored stagewise adherence to project schedule and performed RCA of delay by using Delay analysis.* Ensured on-time circulation of MIS reports for all projects (like Project progress – S curves, Issue register, Change management register, Gate Control, EVM, Resource Planning, Delay Analysis).* Managed Mechanical & Controls - R&D, IT, SCM, Quality, PPC teams for the timely deliverables & also conducted review meetings to mitigate issues & risks encountered in the Projects.* Ensured smooth Handover of completed projects to customer & after sales team within stipulated time of I&C signoff by customer and closure of snag points.* Successfully executed the responsibility of Document Controller for all executed projects.
