Technical Project Manager
CurrentPrimarily my role is to Identifies resources needed, Creates and executes project work plans and timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Effectively communicates relevant project information to team leads. Routes work between all responsible people in all stages of development. Prepares regular status reports and distributes internally and externally if necessary. Holds regular status meeting with project team. Reviews deliverable prepared by team.Also part of my job is to resolves and /or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Manages both internal and external approvals.A huge part of my role is to Monitors scope creep and re-scopes projects if necessary.Key responsibilities are:1. Planning and Defining Scope2.
