Currently enjoying the development of the product - iBeauty for L'Oreal iBeauty is an in-store iPad application used by beauty advisors in L'Oreal stores across the world for brands like Kiehl's, Lancome, Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, etc. for performing customer consultations, accessing customer details, understanding customer behavior, enabling customers to view and purchase from its product catalog, and much more. I am currently playing a key role in improving the user experience by ideating new possibilities in the application that provide access to perform the best of customer consultation experience and help build their skincare routine in the easiest possible way through design thinking and effective product design. Apart from being involved in Planning Roadmaps, Managing Backlogs, and Feature Specs of iBeauty, I also love getting my hands dirty in converting ideas to prototypes and interactive mocks to demonstrate them to the key partners of L'Oreal Previously, I got an opportunity to work on developing the Learning management system of L'Oreal to enable a smooth learning experience for beauty and skincare professionals to learn from experienced specialists through the L'Oreal Web platform.
