I am main responsible for the courses “How to train” using our Process and SAP education concept. I have the responsibility for two process areas, Quality and Project Sales in operation.Results:Within training: - 250 local and global trainers educated in how to train. Out of 8 trainers I got the best review score; 5.5 out of 6. - More than 2.000 end users trained in courser developed after my concept - Improvements of many KPI’s related to the processes that we have trained in. e.g. use of 8D reports or open orders. - SAP client for education use established with relevant master- and transaction data. - Process and SAP courses developed within 7 areas with my support. Within Quality: - Re-implementation of quality processes in 7 European plants and distribution centre’s in due time. - Aligned quality processes in 20 plants, so that they are ready to be a part of a pan-European quality organization. - Quality processes changed so that they can be implemented in the pan-European Operations - I have trained 9 local quality process consultant that have conducted training of approx. 500 production employees and 100 quality engineers. Within Project and variant sales support (until April 2014): - New process for returns and claims to vendor’s implemented. Line reject PPM dropping to 300. Use of 8D reports on 30% of all claims, higher quality on vendors solutions. - SAP CRM solution developed and taken into use by 1.500 employees. Quantity of answers in due time above 90%. Within Production Technique (until 2010) - Global process network within Production Technique established. - Training material developped and courses executed.

I was responsible for the development of the global documentation concept and the implementation of SAP Solution Manager and the process management solution ARIS to support the concept. Results: - 100 SAP consultant trained in the new concept and the use of Solution Manager. - All processes published in ARIS and Solution Manager. - Upgrade of SAP R/3 4.7 to ECC 6.0 tested using the ARIS models. - SAP template solution established based on the upgrade documentation. - Establishment of the first Incident and Change processes using ITIL as the frame work. - Customizing of ARIS so the Sales Excellence business processes could be documented. Global Sales trained in using ARIS.

I was project manager for the 8-12 employees in the DeMars project responsible for development, implementation and upgrade of the logistic solution in SAP R/3 4.0 and upgrading it to SAP R/3 4.71.Results: - Delta training of 350 super users and 3.500 end user executed. - 2nd line support organisation established consisting of 8-12 persons. - Test of new SAP system executed 4 times, automatic test included - New role concept developed for the SAP R/3 4.71 solution - 200 super users and 1.700 end users trained in SAP IM and WM. - SAP training client established. 20 persons trained in how to mass create data. - Ammunition solution developed and implemented for all 4 forces.
