• Identifying the core skills and strengths of the consultant and preparing his/her resume accordingly.• Posting the consultant resume in various job portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc. to receive suitable requirements.• Searching and sourcing requirements from our approved tier 1 vendors through different sources like job and company portals, internal database and rapport building.• Calling vendors on regular basis to build rapport and create awareness on currently available consultants on our bench.• Matching resume with the requirements and checking to make sure all necessary buzz/key words are present in the profile.• Cross checking with the consultant for his comfort level with the requirements by providing him the job descriptions for his perusal.• Responding to the suitable requirements from the Internal Jobs portal as well as to requirements posted in various job portals and company websites• Submitting the consultant's updated profile with the other required details like his current location, relocation preferences, Contact details, Availability, Rates, etc.• Following up the submissions with vendor feedback & rate negotiations through email confirmations• Keeping the consultant posted on submissions and updating him regarding Vendor and client calls.• Updating consultant and concerned people in the team upon receiving interview requests and providing them with interview details.• Updating the consultant and the concerned people in the company regarding the confirmation with the details.• Receiving the Purchase Order/ Service Agreement and directing it to the respective department to be executed.
