• SMT operating technician • Stencil Machine• Pick-and-place machine• Conformal Coating• Familiarity with SMT component types and orientation marks• Good understanding of automated SMT machine operation (Screen Printer, SPI, P & P, AOl and Reflow)• Exposure to all aspect of SMT manufacture • Troubleshooting skills and assest

• Follow up and provide technical support for manufacturing• Trouble shooting and trial taking of plastic injection moulds• Experience in handling of plastic injection mould for electronics component & Automotive components• Handling of hot runner mould• Keep the record of tooling maintanance -through comprahensive documentation• Review and analyse major defect of running products and debug problems on tooling• initiate and follow up on corrective actions and quality issues, on going operations improvements , and designingimprovements• conventional machining (lath, milling, grinding , etc.)• Autocad(2D) solid works (3D)• working in accordance with all safety standards, guidelines , and accident preventation measures• improve working methods, 5s(House keeping, and discipline on the shoop floor)

• Tool assembly and Die spotting & Trial attending• Designing and diamentioning of mould parts• Experience in matching of parts like side cores,lifters,core ,cavity etc..• Ability to handle manufacturing and maintanance of injection molds • 2D and 3D drawing study( Auto cad & solid works)• Documentation of tools• Conventional machining (milling,lathe,grinding,drilling etc...)• Tool buy- off• Maintanance of plastic injection moulds
