* Identify high-risk accounts and place the client on credit hold till we receive the payments on past due to invoices.* Work on PO issues like PO out of funds, PO not available, PO lines not matching and pricing issues.* Resolve any billing errors by reviewing the contract rate.* Provide resolution on High $ / Aged invoices.* Have in-depth knowledge of contract management also co-ordinate with sales/ client asking for Amendment to resolve the PO issues within SLA time.* Poses excellent knowledge on non-payment trend issues, communicate the findings to leadership with the analysis and take appropriate action.* Resolve credit balance and identify potential credit or billing/ posting errors.* Rectify billing errors by reviewing the contract setup and resubmit the invoices with the right information.* Raise credit memo requests for the team when invoices are paid per contract but billed with incorrect charges or quantity issues etc.
