JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent and also sourcing good requirements.Responsible for sourcing, searching, identifying consultants and requirements using job boards (Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, and Career Builder) and internal data base (LinkedIn, Zoniac).Responsible for tracking, analyzing, prioritizing resumes and requirements. Spoken to the consultants, employers and vendors regarding their requirements, interest, availability, pay rates, relocations and the technical skills. Prescreening of potential consultants in terms of their qualification, work experience, reference checks and remuneration etc.Working with Direct clientsWorking in all kinds of technologies such as ERP, Java, Dot Net, QA, and BA etcWorking with all consultants such as Citizen, GC, H1B, TN and EAD's (EAD-GC).Get confirmation from consultants/employers pay-rate: hourly/per day/annual through e-mail on rate confirmation agreement.Responsible for formatting and submitting resumes to vendors.Maintaining, updating and tracking of resumes, H1 Transfers, submittals, closures, requirements database.
