CurrentAs Head of Learning - - Manage Learning needs of 2500+ strong team - Leading the Strategy design and delivery of learning solutions focused on the impacting both top line and bottom line - Responsible for bringing Quantified and Measurable impact through training in enhancing business outcomes- Evaluate current and future skill development requirements in alignment with company’s business plan. - Manage Internal Communication and Engagement though OD Interventions- Identify and Develop HiPos, Leaders and build Leadership pipeline by providing necessary Learning Interventions and Projects- Identify and develop Talent pipeline / Strategic & Critical Talent and develop competencies for future business needs. - Create specific Learning Pathways- Experience in managing Assessment Centers and managing Talent using Nine Box model - Ensure Any Time Learning through technological platforms- Use Mobile Learning, Elearning and Gamified Learning for quick and better absorption of learning inputs - Enabling business growth through Learning Interventions
