Job Responsibilities as HR –Recruiter:• Sourcing of candidates for appropriate opening in different sector. Involved in end to end recruitment life cycle.• sourcing profiles, Screening and short listing the profiles, scheduling interviews, offer status, salary negotiation, closure of position till billing of the candidate• Tapping various recruitment sources like databases, job sites, headhunting etc for candidate profiles, and conduct initial screening of resumes to check for candidate position match based on work experience, qualifications etc.• Conducting interviews (telephonic / personal) to assess the candidates.• Ability to communicate and build rapport with candidates.• Meet deadlines, goal-directed, strong on follow-up, and good under pressure.• Preparing various MIS reports: such as number of placements/month,etc.
