Firstly I'm Glad to say working with Deloitte is a Great Experience. I felt this is great opportunity to Led a team of 13 people to manage the Canadian portion of a pilot project. I monitored the team's hourly base and daily individual productivity in order to identify any gaps and provide assistance for the team's potential to grow.Along with team my self used to process invoices and additionally handle all client calls to stabilise process since this is Pilot project. Presented beneficial ideas for implementation to enhance the process as well as proposals for automation of process.Due to Medical emergency relieved from the Deloitte and Quess IT Staffing.
