Responsibilities:• Primary responsibility is to registration for SIP Applications.• Quality checking for KYC and FATCA.• Feed preparation and details sending to aggregator banks.• Rejection and reprocessing for SIP Applications• Handling complaints about systematic investment queries• Managing the team size of 15 members.• Generating Daily, weekly and monthly MIS Reports.• Explaining about SIP Schemes to our clients • Interacted with many clients like ICICI, HDFC, HSBC, BOI.BOB, etc. • Visited client locations throughout India

Responsibilities:• Primary responsibility is to perform Fraud control and prevention activities for company systems• CAM Preparation for personal loans • Managing the team size of 10 members• Generating monthly, weekly, daily MIS reports• Propose commentary on observations and ensure high standard quality• Identifying fraud activities and contributing to reduce fraud losses• Keeping a track on trend of purchases made by the customer
