Achieving monthly targets.• Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background. Verifying candidate's educational background, work experience, career expectations and salary negotiation.• Short listing the candidates as per client’s requirements and then scheduling up the interviews.• Maintaining a database and update of daily MIS.• To conduct Walk in Interview as and when required. Fixing up the interviews of candidates with clients.• Constantly be in touch with the candidate until he joins. Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates, ensuring the maximum of them are placed successfully with the respective organization• Maintaining and updating database of potential, prospective and rejected candidates.
