I am CTO of the Business Unit “Flex Multimédia Monétisation”, part of the holding Flex-Multimedia (Geneva - Switzerland). I have developed, deployed, and managed Ad Network, the technical monetisation platform (Front and Back-end) of the group. Efforts are now underway to maintain the best possible quality of delivery at the lowest possible infrastructure cost. End-users always have new needs. My job is to anticipate these needs, to assure that applications and APIs meet the requirements of our users.My current mission is three-fold:- To understand and anticipate users business needs; the needs of their employees and the needs of their customers (Affiliates & Partners).- To define the technical road map and to animate R&D,- To manage a team using an agile model.Over the last 6 years at these principal missions, in cooperation with my team, I have built a strong « AD Network » with the objective of maximizing the incomes of the Affiliates (CPA & CPM/CPC) and to ensure the best possible ROI for partners to assure qualified traffic.Our platform is based on three business pivots:- Log storage, computation and analysis metrics: Big-Data analytics cluster - Data management, and data organization: DMP, cluster API - Delivery: front-end cluster to stream the Ads.Technologies deployed:- Cluster Hadoop; Cluster Cassandra; Neo4J- Cluster ElasticSearch- ETL « Hive »- RabitMq- Gearman; inotify

My main task was to technically re-engineer the offer, merge and make the two flagship products of the company inter-operate: "Screen" for the dynamic display and "Web TV" for streaming video content.Role & achievement:- Management : managing 4 persons on the development team.
