The company provides the cloud services both SaaS and IaaS as per the client's needs and demands. I worked there as the “Datacenter Technician” and following are my responsibilities:1. To monitor the servers and hosts using different tools such as Zabbix, Graphana, Checkmk, etc.2. To access (Read Only )and ensure the firewall, router –Palo Alto; services to be in working condition3. To inform and report the conditions of the server room and hosts to the senior.4. To solve the problem of the clients related to the storage and any other technical issues such as they are unable to access their server via remote desktop or given link , etc. their of the service they are using.5. To prepare the tasks on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.6. To inform the seniors as soon as possible in the case of a host or server being down.
