I am a Civil Aviation Professional with more than 30 years of experience in Government and Industry. I hold an FAA Commercial Aviation Pilot License with Instrument Rating and other Aeronautical Technical Licenses. Through more than 15 years I held different positions in the aviation industry in airport and passenger service, air operations (Flight Dispatch and handling of Technical Manuals), quality audits, training of aircraft operations procedures, flight safety, and compliance of aeronautical regulations. I worked for 10 years as an Air Operations Inspector at the Civil Aviation Authority of El Salvador, where I performed of Audits and Evaluations to cabin crew instructors and airline personnel, both in-flight and during crew training. I also audited domestic and foreign airline outstations by surveying Manuals, Training, Outstations, Ramp, Dangerous Goods, and others. My experience in the maintenance of a productive and reliable environment in a multicultural workplace has been instrumental in my current employment in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where I have worked for more than two years as a Technical Consultant and Document Control Manager in Maintenance projects for South American airlines that send aircraft for Major Checks to the MRO.
