I became IT Manager, Head of IT Department like indepedent department inside the ADP organisation . In the coming period, we continued to develop our business systems at all levels. We develop WAN network based on private network AD Plastik with all locations AD Plastik which at this moment we have 5 locations. We develop and integrate IP telephony at the corporate level and significantly reduce operating costs fee. I managed and plan the development of the entire IT infrastructure in the AD Plastik group. We establish and implemented document management system in AD Plastik based on SharePoint technology. We produce and implement MES system which in online mode collects all data from manufacturing (integrated with machines) that are the basis for the development of management reports and supervision of the execution of the production. Also we prepared and migrate on WEB tehnolgies and created new application based on that environment. Also we migrate on virtualisation platform (VMWare), data storage, also we created we secure security system inside our network. Also we started with activity for ISO 27001. During this period we completely reorganized licence politics and defined rules for maintenance and support of IT assetment. Also we started with project with Dassult System, implementation PLM and Project management software in AD Plastik.

I became IT Manager in IT and Bussines organisation Department and completely independently create a development strategy IT organization suits. During ths period we launched few important projects for IT infrastructure ( we reorganized LAN and WAN networking, implemented Mail system for AD Plastik group).We analyzed the existing IT and bussines system in AD Plastik and define critical points for improvements. We decided to migrate on Microsoft development plaforma nd we edjucated completely AD Plastik development team to use it. Also I worked on analaysis and design of bussines problem for creating annual plan for production company with all necesseary analysis. In development team I have double role, project manager of AD Plasti team, and DBA developer. Also, we launched another important project together with Logility consultants for manufacturing planning for manufacturing planning and scheduling production in automotuve industry.AD plastik team was responsible for integration this application with existing IT system. During this period it is important to be familiar with business processes and relationships in Suply Chain process in the automotive industry. Also I reorganized IT and outsource part of the IT. After that IT became a service with 4 IT designers - Head of IT projects and bussines analyzer that had a lot of experience and knowledge of the business processes of AD Plastik. All other IT activities was outsorcing. During 2006. we decide start with new big project, defining and creating new ERP for AD Plastik purposes based on our own knowledge and experience of the existing AD Plastik staff. Together with external partner we created and implemented ERP system in AD Plastik group. In that project I was also in double role. I was project leader of AD Plastik team and also on operation level I was a DBA and DB Developer. For this reson I became cetified Microsoft MCP DBA and MCP DBA Developer for MS SQL Server.

I joined the AD Plastik IT team again, on position Designer of IT system and developer. My goal is to participate in the design of IT system for new IT technologies and the necessary adjustment to the Company's business organization with the capabilities and IT solutions.

I became IT Manager with the task of reorganization IT and designed new IT system. I have to elect a new software and organized the implementation with the integration of new technologies in banking (internet banking, ATM ..)

During that period I implemented SWIFT application and integrated it to IT system in bank. Also I start with system analysis and design bussines process for new IT system.

I became a IT Manager and completely reorganized the IT department, at the number of people and the business areas what is the IT supported. We made a whole new LAN infrastructure, declared office applications as standard to use, and organized a trainning for all employees. Integrated new SWIFT aplication into the IT system. In that period my team developing a few applications and module form strategic planning and managing with bank. We made all activities necessary to prepare the implementation new IT technologies in banking (ATMs, telebanking, Internet banking).

I joined the IT team in Pomorska banka on the position Senior designer of IT development and application designer. In that period I worked on documenting and analysis the key bussines processes in bank. Also I designed and implemented project for migration from IBM Host platform and applications to PC platform with Client Server configurations based on modern IT technologies. In that period I was Project manager and leader of IT Team for implementation and integration new application for bank client.

I joined the newly formed IT Sector at AD Plastik on the position Developer - programmer. In that period I participated in the development team, which is in collaboration with external consultants working on the definition, design and programming the new ERP system for the purpose of AD Plastik on the PC platform and 4GL tehnologies .I also worked on documenting and analysis of existing business processes in the supply Chain in automotive industry.

I started with my bussines cariery at AD Plastik on the position Technologists for thermoforming technology.
