IOHK Ltd. is a crypto / blockchain / Web3 company standing behind one of the prominent blockchains - Cardano.I was assigned last year to the newly established Commercial dpt - Delivery team where my main focus was on the following:- Leading and Supporting PMs on the projects in-flight related to the crypto / block-chain / web3 solutions- Managing the RAIDDA - Creating New Commercial Delivery processes from scratch Delivery processes (from Pre-Sales to Sales, Development, Delivery, Maintenance, and Support - CRM)- Creation of Process Flow charts, Templates, Guidelines- Establishing Project standards- PM training- CRM and Time-tracking implementation- Workforce planning- Vendor management- Reporting and monitoring

Being a part of a new exciting industry is an opportunity to be involved in the transition process from a StartUp to an enterprise. Quite a ride! I had an opportunity to be a member of different teams : • PMO team (transformed into Operations) • Operations • Commercial delivery My main activities were focused on:- PMO/Operations activities on improving operations and collaboration between Product Development and other Shared Services (Legal, FIN, HR, MARCOMS, Commercial),- creating and establishing new business processes, guidelines, and templates - ERS implementation (Power Apps and Power BI) - working on a new company reporting system- Onboarding and training new employees- Workforce planning- Vendor management

GoPro Ltd. is a Microsoft-certified ERP, CRM, Data Analytics, and Cloud Partner.Initially, I was invited to help to introduce Agile methodologies in the Delivery process. The project was successful – the transformation process was quite successful, and business processes improved - but I fell in love with ERP!I started to run projects as a S. PM, too, in order to test and improve already implemented solutions. Naturally, training and supporting young PMs followed, and soon I became a PM Lead. Here are some achievements from this period: • Project Assumptions template – an important document that makes PM`s work, during the implementation project lifecycle, much easier. The document is a part of the Implementation Contract and puts things in order concerning the client's expectations. The concept of such a document is more used in the USA than in Europe, but I found it crucial for successful projects. • NAV/BC Implementation WBS with standardized estimations – a document allowing us to make precise estimates – we know that estimates are a nightmare for all PMs and stakeholders. This solution has given us excellent results lately. • Designing new estimation formula – including the changes in the estimation process • Templates - including the CR and NR templates incorporated in standardized processes • New Project Status Reports based on RAIDDA • Designing a new tool for monitoring the project and tasks progress in real-time, a module developed internally based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution

As an independent PM consultant, I provided services for multiple clients (Serbian and foreign IT companies) from different industries, helping with Agile frameworks in SDLC implementation, ISO Standards implementation, Product management etc. I was engaged in different roles on different projects and programs as: • PM Consultant and advisor • PM Lead • Operations manager • PMO Analyst and Manager • Agile trainer • Sr. PM • Product managerLast several years in this period, I have been focused on the Automotive industry, working as a representative of foreign companies (Incadea Gmbh and Real Consulting MMS Gmbh) on software upgrade projects outsourced to Serbia as a PM Lead.

Natural was all about early Retail Software solutions - trying to utilize the internet and retail software in video games industry.Creating and putting new retail software on the market was challenging and fun. Precious experience on many levels being able to circle the Software Development Product Lifecycle in full nad mange a new product life cycle.Eventually business was sold.

Trust IVS was an importer and distributor of video games - Sega, Nintendo, and Sony consoles. The Video games industry was very agile and booming, and it was challenging and quite fun simultaneously. At the time, Serbia was engaged in a war, so conditions were extraordinary, but with the great team I had, we managed to survive, thrive and expand the business - from importing the consoles, we expanded to games selling and managed to establish one of the best consoles-Repairing offices in the region.
