As an IT Analyst at Astron Buildings, I am specializing in implementing the IFS ERP system, focusing on aligning the software with our business processes. My responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, customizing the ERP system, transferring data from old ERP to new solution and managing project coordination. I also do end-user training, support, and quality assurance testing. Post-implementation, I oversee continuous system improvements and updates, ensuring the ERP solution evolves with our business needs and contributes significantly to our organizational efficiency and success.I am also developing new IT solutions and methods for the business needs.

I am currently leading and directing data and analysis department. My departments should understand business information and write specification which explains how to gather and storage data in databases considering how that data should be used later for analysis and making reports. Beside that, my department is also making various reports, analysis and solutions that we are delivering to customers. In order to do that properly, procedures and workflows must be strictly defined and organised which is one of my responsibilities. I am also involved as an advisor in communication with clients on custom and complex projects. I am in communication with sales and IT development team in order to help them solving customer cases and to help them understand how market needs can be turned into solutions. My team is also responsible for making sales leads and market targeting that are improving company results. Also, since I am in the company from its establishment, I am involved in defining and discussing about company strategy and its future goals. Good organisation and leadership skills are what is necessity for leading this department. I am also improving my current skills in software that I'm already using for data such as SQL, Excel, PowerBI... and also learning new programs and programming languages such as Python, Visual Basic etc.I am also working on one of the new main product of the company that covers Bulgarian market (company.guru). We used Confluence as content collaboration tool to create roadmap, checklists and all the documentation that is related to this product. My role is to define datasets in detail and decide functionalities and content of this web portal.

As a business analyst my job was to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes for clients, using business information. It was necessary to recognize needs of customer after which I was creating and developing custom solutions. I was also working with big data in process of gathering, structuring and storing data in core databases. I was writing specification for IT development team in order to help them understand business needs while creating specific solutions. Together we developed online business information portal for Serbian market. I was responsible for small team, up to five members and organize delivery and production processes. Beside that I was making organization procedures and workflows for my team.

As a part of start-up company, my role was to make custom reports and spreadsheets for clients and their needs. I was working on risk reports, marketing lists and industry dashboards templates. I was involved from content design process of the report, to the final delivery to clients. My duties ware to deliver necessary information about single company, list of companies or entire industries, using financial reports and write conclusions to clients. I was using Excel and Oracle database to manage big data sets. Beside that, I was involved in analysis and in research of all available datasources for companies and write specifications how to store data in core database.
