About Suzanne Reddie

Suzanne Reddie is a Making Mighty Change in Maricopa County. #MC2026. Colleagues describe her as "I was privileged enough to meet Suzanne the day I started at the company where we worked together. She was introduced to me as “the person who got things done and knows pretty much everything.” It was a high assessment of her, and I was quite intrigued to see if the praise panned out. Having worked with Suzanne for almost a year on an exceptionally complex, multi-portfolio project with agile, lean, and waterfall teams where I was the project manager and she the lead business analyst, I can say with confidence that I have had enough experience with Suzanne and exposure to her methods to agree wholeheartedly with the initial description attributed to her. It isn’t that she knows everything so much; it’s more that if she doesn’t know, you can be sure she’s going to find out and then know what to do with what she found out. As a project manager I highly value the project team members who can take a piece of knowledge and turn it in to wisdom and direction. They are rare and valuable, and Suzanne qualifies in spades. I could always count on her to pinpoint areas in the project that were likely to become larger issues if not addressed quickly and efficiently. As part of this initiative, Suzanne and I traveled to an onsite location where we needed to gather requirements and fully define the scope of the project. As a constant observer of those characteristics that I think are most worth emulating, I had much to consider when watching Suzanne. Her conflict resolution skills were remarkable; she could take a room where everyone was bound to disagree and respectfully and deftly get them all on the same page. In a word not normally used in a professional referral, she was downright brave, boldly walking into the most tense of meetings and leaving everyone feeling like their needs and difficulties had been fully considered. In what might be a less flattering image but no less accurate, Suzanne is an absolute bloodhound for accuracy. She will track down anything she needs and pull in anyone needed to build a picture that can easily be understood by the project team and by stakeholders. She withstands the storm of ambiguity and does it with class and dignity. I respect her immensely and hope to reflect even of a fraction of her passion in my own work. " and "I highly recommend Suzanne Reddie as a candidate for a role within any organization. I have had the pleasure of working closely with Suzanne in her many roles and positions with the Pat Tillman Foundation over the past nearly seven years. Over this time period, and while collaborating on countless projects, I have witnessed Suzanne’s enthusiasm, professionalism and dedication to producing superior results for the Foundation, which owes a large measure of its success to her efforts. Therefore, it is my pleasure to write this letter in support of her ongoing career aspirations, as she seeks new challenges. Suzanne possesses a work ethic that is second to none, and an ability to achieve high quality results in a time sensitive environment. As Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Pat Tillman Foundation and a member of the Finance Committee I always felt extremely comfortable with Suzanne’s financial analysis and knowledge of where every penny the Foundation spent was going. In my current fulltime role as CFO of Nextag, Inc. I know how difficult it is to find superior accountants and project managers and in Suzanne we had both. In addition, Suzanne consistently interfaced with external parties as a representative of the Foundation and her personal touch and communication style was always beyond reproach. Within the Pat Tillman Foundation Suzanne formed relationships with the other staff members quickly and provided insight, support and guidance to all of the staff, even to those more senior at times. It is rare to find someone who not only delivers the highest quality work product but who is also a pleasure to work with, and Suzanne embodies that rare mix. I feel confident that whatever organization is fortunate enough to employee Suzanne in the future will find her to be an invaluable asset and a key contributor to their team. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly with any questions or for more information."
