• Handling exports & imports operational formalities.• Handling relocations (Personal Effects) exports and imports overseas.• Communicating with IAM agents regarding the rates for personal effects shipments.• Streamlining the booking and documentation process.• Coordinating with shipping lines and updating the status of vessels for exports and imports.• Monitoring the shipment rate from the lines.• Communicating with the overseas shippers and consignees for the shipment about the concerned export & import.• Arranging shipments by road to other GCC countries and offering domestic freight movement.• Handling payment related issues with customers and collecting the payment on time.• Communicating with customer for quote feedback and negotiating the rate to secure the business.• Independently managing 50 clients on all modes of shipments.• Revamp the customer base for better business and revenue. • Suggest standardized procedures for coastal business. • Identifying and bringing in new volume business which increases the performance.• Planning and designing new business venture.• Make processes for transshipment and timely delivery.• Stabilize the volume and revenue.

• Communicating with customer and quote the rates.• Booking the container after receiving the confirmation from the clients.• Coordinating with clients in arranging their shipments as per the schedule of the vessel.• Communicating with shipping lines and ensuring that the shipment is carried out as per client’s request.• Confirming with clients about the loading and sailing details of the vessel on time.• Confirming with clients about the vessel connection details and eta at destination.• Communicating with overseas agents and arranging the best rate for the destination.• Collecting client feedback for the given quotation.• Confirming the shipment with overseas counterpart.

• Preparation of Export Documents.• Follow up of original import documents with vendors.• Issuance in HBLs and MBLs.• Preparation of invoices for all HBLs. • Preparing the freight manifest for the console ,FCL & LCL.• Coordinating with lines to confirm the best rate to secure the business.• Handling all types of documentation, customer service & operations.
