Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of whole ADTC (Abu Dhabi Trade Center), with accountability for cost-effective and timely maintenance of Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Power Transformers, Batteries, Chargers, UPS, building power and lighting system, motor controls, fire alarm system, BMS, AHU controls and other electrical/ HVAC equipments. • Inspection of electrical equipments and panel boards as per plan preventive maintenance done by the contractor.• Prepares maintenance schedule for electrical department. • Utility services readings and invoices for the Tenants • Prepare monthly accomplishment & technical report for the Management.• Project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors. • ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements;• checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;• coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility;• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
