 Responsible for Documentation of Quality System as per ISO/TS 16949:2009 Systems. Responsible for Verification of Inspection plans, Control plans & Process FMEA.  Responsible for preparing PPAP/ISIR for the new products. Responsible for Supplier discussions / System & Process audits at supplier end. Familiar with all type of measuring Instruments and Gauges. Familiar with Statistical Process Control, Process Capability Studies. Responsible for carrying gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility. Used 7 QC tools for problem solving. Familiar with usage surface tester, Profile projector & height gauge. Employee training on Product Quality requirement, Customer feedback & and general industry requirements. Responsible to define All process owner Key Performance Indicators and and Monthly presentation to indicate the status by each process owner. Actions plan preparation and Attending and Conducting DIR Care taker to Ensure “O” PPM with customer and In house PPM within Target level Lead continuous improvement team to reduce internal rejections.  Responsible to validate Poke yoke’s & CIP project results. Responsible for updating quality manual & quality procedures based on changes in systems. Responsible to handle customer complaints by following 1-2-14-60 rule & 8D analysis, horizontally deploy the corrective actions to applicable areas. Responsible to conduct Management review meeting every 4 months once to discuss on the performance of each process.  Responsible to update quality performance of each supplier month on month to purchase team. Have authority to review &approve the training plan for each employee in the organization. Responsible to implement Environmental management systems in the company.
