My entrepreneurial journey started way back in 1989, more as a side-hustle to a well-paid job as a sales and marketing executive for software products.After trying my hand at advertising, furniture retail, interior designing, software development, my true calling came when I started to journey trying to find answers to life and its purpose. Meditation, the study of philosophy, theology, and wandering about talking to intellectuals – scientific and religious alike, is when I found meaning.Mind you, all I did before were not failures, but were those that didn’t excite me enough to be saying to myself, darn I will do this even if I don’t get paid. That’s when I realized that what I enjoy the most is to be able to make a difference in people. Help them find purpose and meaning in their life.Quitting my job and setting up a sales training and consulting company in 1996 that went on to become the no. 1 sales training company in the country to transition the business to Organization Development, Human Resource Optimization solutions, Employee wellness, and engagement programs and coaching ‘C’ suite leadership teams was truly exhilarating and fulfilling at the same time.Building an amazing list of loyal clients who have been trusting my work for the last 26 years of being in business, is what made me build an organization from $0 to 7-figures with no funding.Having facilitated over 450,000 people to realize and reach their potential, I now help organizations and leadership to build a culture of high performance and high employee engagement with the help of well-researched and proven methods and assessments that guarantee results.Outside of my professional life, I am a Rotarian who is passionate about social causes, particularly the upliftment of the girl child. Oh! People do ask me about hobbies and interests, well I do more things which provide me energy including, Oil on canvas painting, Writing, Baking, and Cooking.
