• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.• Assist with the recruitment process. Schedule interviews.• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.• Support & Execute the On-boarding process within the organization.• Coordinating with the HR -assistant, admin department, Receptionist for smooth running of the organization.• Support & Execute monthly payroll and produces all related reports. Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.• Funds allocation to salaries, benefits and employee engagements.• Calculating tax deductions for payroll runs.• Recommends updates to payroll processing Spine software systems.• Support the delivery for end to end HR Services and standardize processes across the region.• Maintaining retention and exit formalities.• Carrying out appraisals for employees every year.• Ensure the compliance for labour laws.• Taking care of Employees Statutory Compliance like PF/ESIC registration assistance, obtaining PF related details & coordinating for PF withdrawals, Transfer etc.• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.• Maintain and publish periodic dashboards, MIS reports.• Reconciliation of monthly data, to ensure time bound audit completion• Support internal and external financial audits.
