A graduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, along with my prior work experience and internship at MathWorks, helped me gain a full-time opportunity immediately after my graduation.I completed a Masters in Computer Science with Thesis option from the University of Texas at Arlington, USA in May 2016. As part of my thesis 'A Data-Driven, Hospital Quality of Care Portal for the Patient Community', I developed MediQoC (Medicare Quality of Care), a web application that grants access to data-driven information about hospitals, and quality of care indicators for Medicare patients, their caregivers and the healthcare insurance policy designers. This project provided me the opportunity to get well versed with Data Analysis using Python and its pandas, NumPy, and SciPy libraries. Before the master's program, an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University, India, along with my logical and numerical aptitude helped me gain a campus placement in 2011 at Accenture. As a Software Engineer, I got the opportunity to work with the 'webMethods Integration Team' for a Global Pharma Client Project. Three years in this project helped me evolve as an active team player and involve in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to production deployment.
