Create high-quality laser designs and products in a safe and efficient manner.Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and create custom design per their specifications.Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues related to laser equipment and perform necessary repairs using test equipment.Performance Optimization: Analyze, monitor, and optimize the performance of existing laser machine systems.Safety Compliance: Collaborate with safety personnel to ensure the safety of all staff members while working with lasers.Maintenance and Repairs: Provide routine preventative maintenance and repairs on laser systems to maximize usage and minimize downtime.Component Replacement: Troubleshoot, remove, and replace components of the laser machines, ensuring calibration to vendor specifications.Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance productivity and quality in laser marking, welding and trimming tasks.
