A researcher at Leibniz Universität Hannover with over 4 years of experience in semiconductor technology (fabrication, processing and characterization) with special focus on Resistive Random Access Memories (RRAMs). The primary focus of my research was the fabrication, characterization and testing of RRAM memory cells for potential use in AI applications.I have used a combination of epitaxy (MBE and PLD), lithography (UV and EBL), wet and dry etching and metallization to fabricate RRAM memory arrays with reliable performance.I also have experience working with polymers and piezoelectric sensor materials at IIT Bombay, and good knowledge of electronic memories (including DRAM, SRAM, NAND and NOR) and nanotechnology. I'm well-versed with all the standard materials characterization techniques ( including AFM, SEM, XPS, XRD, Raman etc.) and have 3 years of clean room (class 100) experience at the Laboratory for Nano and Quantum Engineering (LNQE).
