 Liaison with Quality Assurance Establishments [QAE(WP/WE/N)], RINA, ABS, IRS, etc and various shipyards during third-party inspections and for technical clarifications. Made and obtained approval of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) by various classes or OPA (Order Placing Authority), coordinating inspection stages accordingly.  Oversaw production operations and manage raw material procurement to ensure seamless workflow.  Conducted comprehensive valve tests including Cv value measurement, pressure drop measurement, repeatability, leakage, torque, pipe wracking, and life cycle fatigue tests. Conducted mechanical tests, dye penetrant tests, hydraulic and pneumatic pressure tests. Executed drop test, hammer test, and DP test on anchors. Familiar with various Naval, British, ASTM, ANSI, and Indian standards. Participated in both online and offline technical meetings such as TED-17(BIS) and TNC meetings. Prepared documentation for ISO 9001 audits and represented the organization during audit procedures.
