ProjectsiPlus iPlus is an internal system developed by IBS for resource management. iPlus is a centralised record of employee's competencies. It provides information on the organisation's core competencies and how it is distributed across the organization under different communities.Tools/Technologies Java, JSP, Oracle 9i(PL/SQL), ibase framework of IBS, Eclipse, Visual SourceSafe, Struts framework iWise; iWise is the business management application of IBS Group. iWise addresses the needs of all business (support) functions of IBS such as 1) Sales & Region Management 2) LoB Management 3) Global Business Services, 4) Service Delivery Management, 5) Resource Management and 6) Business Finance Management. Accordingly, these functions are stakeholders in iWise.iWise is developed as a comprehensive business support and performance tracking application, which will work as a real-time workbench for the sales people, region heads, Lob managers, GBS managers, SDU managers, business finance managers, resource manager and CEO.iWise will help us set business targets (revenue, contract, invoice and non-financial targets), identify business opportunities, plan sales activities to achieve targets, plan resources to deliver the planned/ contracted services. Business performance monitoring will include views at different levels of aggregation, sales performance, Lob performance, Lob profitability, sales preparations, rolling business projections, business cash-flow projections, liquid cash-flow projections and so on.
