• Integration, Configuration, testing and commissioning of BSS.• Perform acceptance testing of the integrated network elements.• Software up gradation of BSC (ZXC10 BSCB), BTSB I2 and ZXSDR.• Testing configuration of BSC (Physical, Radio, Signal Configuration), Switches and addition of BTS with BSC.• Packet traffic analysis of network equipment’s in case of STP fluctuations using Wire shark and reporting it to the developers.• Troubleshooting call issues by analyzing them by using tools like signal trace.• Providing IP connectivity and maintaining remote visibility of network elements using Network Management System (NMS).• Testing and Integration of new BTS nodes according to client requirement.• Testing of newly installed versions/patches for bugs and reverting back to development team.• Performance Testing of network elements and integrate them into the network using Net Numen software.• Software and version upgradation of BSC (ZXC10 BSCB), BTSB.• To solve all the technical issues related to BSC and BTS.• CNO2 software Handling and Daily KPI Analysis.• Trouble-shooting of BSC and BTS cards by coordinating with Field Engineers

• Perform testing on BTS for RSSI, coverage & throughput.• Optimize the sites for maximum throughput & efficiency.• Maintain RF link connectivity of BTS site by performing a drive test.• Test the network for call drops ,voice cracks or any other quality related issues
